[ 骨科 ] 骨科醫生錯配病人敏感藥 醫委會裁定專業失德停牌2個月

骨科專科醫生郭子揚早前在明知病人藥物過敏紀錄的情況下，仍錯誤處方了病人敏感的藥物，被控1項專業失德，醫務委員會今日（25日）展開紀律聆訊。郭子揚今日並無出席聆訊，由其律師代為出席。醫委會最終裁定被告專業失德罪成，判處被告停牌2個月，緩刑12個月。
