是否嗅覺出現了問題

医生，你好，

我從上個星期開始，差不多全天都嗅到吸煙味，無論在家裏或公司內，这2個地方都是沒有人吸煙的，令我非常困擾，想請問医生我是否嗅覺出現了問題，希望你能解答我的疑慮，謝謝。
