手術還是用保守治療

病患者男 - 44歲

6月初打羽毛球時右膝蓋受傷，去急症照了x光，骨沒有問題，斷為韌帶受傷。打了止痛針及食了消痰藥。並持續做了物理治療。至七月下旬腳仍不能完全伸直。照MRI為內側副韌帶扭傷及內側半月板后角二級撕裂。請問這情況要動手術還是用保守治療。
