左眼紅腫後 看到黑點在飛

你好 醫生
我上星期從London回港，下機後第二天起床發現左眼紅腫，有些少痛，睇左醫生，說是皮膚敏感，食左三日類固醇藥，紅腫已消退。不過發現左眼看東西時出現一、兩點黑色在飛 特别在陽光下，紅腫前完全沒有這情況（前兩年住在倫敦）。這是飛蚊症 還是甚麼狀況？
