是生熱痱嗎？

病患者男 - 24歲

dr ho, 割了包皮，陰莖軸皮膚有一小部分紅左'鞋鞋地' 有小小粒粒，好似生熱痱甘，但又吾多，吾痕。為什麼會這樣？有咩方法會沒有這些粒粒及個一忽皮膚變滑反？
