呼吸困難

病患者男 - 29歲

您好，醫生。
我3年前鼻經常性呼吸困難，感覺經常鼻塞，需要借助一些噴霧來開通返個鼻。但有時就會一直流鼻水，怎樣都收不了。很辛苦。而且喉嚨會經常痛，已經沒有吃熱氣的東西都會經常喉嚨痛，請問醫生有什麼建議？
