汗管瘤 vs 脂肪粒 vs 栗丘疹

首先，想問三者有甚麼分別？我眼下鼻旁我位置生了幾顆粒粒(看起來唔太起眼的粒粒) ，想知點樣區分到底是甚麼。初時生左一粒，後來又多左兩粒。請問有甚麼方法醫治？謝謝！
