便秘，腳腫

病患者女 - 85歲

我朋友的媽媽，巳80多歲了! 有糖尿，高血壓等問題。
但最近這半年每天去很多次廁所，每次最少在厠所逗留15分鐘什至平—個小時也有。但食量卻越來越少，有時她連食飯都累到不想食。昨晚我見她腳有水腫，而且雙腳至腳踝有非常多白色皮屑!

想請問她應該看那種專科比較適合? 是否巳太厳重!
