中耳積液

病患者男 - 3歲

醫生,您好,

小兒雙耳患有中耳積液 . 耳膜沒有紅及流朧 , 聽力約下降20db . 請問現階段是否只有等他自身退水 ? 有沒有輔助物件或藥物可助他排出積液呢 ?

另外, 患有中耳積液可否搭飛機 ? 會否令情況更差呢 ?
