bb食滯？

病患者男 - 兩個半月

bb係食奶粉既，呢半個月開始食奶食得越黎越小？同埋佢會一路食奶一路扭動身體，扭動既時候又會喊，而且bb已經三日無大便，請問一下醫生bb係咪食滯左？如果係既，我應該點做好？
