胰臟問題

病患者男 - 24歲

本人在二月中發覺自己上腹和胃部位置有脹氣問題，另外亦有背痛，但是痛點不定，經過胃鏡檢查去發現有輕度慢性胃炎，另外亦去了化驗所做了CA19.9和胰臟超音波檢查，報告CA19.9指數10U/ml，超音波檢查亦正常，而我亦去了急症室，醫生爲我照肺和抽血檢查，最後都是正常，而醫院方面希望我去看精神科醫生，所以想知道我應該要做進一步的檢查？
