肚池上下肚痛 + 腳酸軟

病患者女 - 38歲

近這 2個月開始有肚池上下肚痛 + 腳酸軟，多數在晚飯後，前 3個月開始發現有腺肌症，但經期間無痛，但之前的期間差不多隔日會痛，持續都一段時間，會是腺肌症引起的，還是腹部的痛症?
