咳嗽已二年醫不好

咳嗽已二年多，一直醫治不好！
喉嚨好像有點異物卡住，一直痕想咳；
呼吸有點氣喘好像不順；
（食野既時候都出現上列情況很痕想咳；）
朝早鼻水多，透明帶黏；
周醫生這是咩問題出現？
