肚臍位下腹痛

病患者女 - 29歲

本人肚臍位下腹隱隱痛 好似經痛咁 去婦科照了陰道超聲波，醫生話照出來沒有問題 ，可能糸肌肉拉親。食了消炎藥都繼續痛 甚麼原因會痛？我應該去看甚麼科醫生？謝謝醫生解答🙏
