月經持續不停

你好，我49歲，卵巢有2CM的腫瘤，一年前開始出現月經期延長的現象，滴滴答答拖長至20天左右，上個月更是月經停不了，甚至有鮮紅血下和血塊。請問是不是更年期問題還是其他疾病？
