不率不正人適宜做照胃鏡嗎

病患者男 - 82歲

父親近期胃部不適,常覺飽滯, 胃氣脹及大便有隱血,想照胃鏡. 但父親本身有心率不正, 心跳比正常低, 只有42左右. 請問適宜用監察麻醉方式做照胃鏡嗎? 怕麻醉藥會影響心跳.
