打緊博力加針但要脫牙

病患者女 - 62歲

本人親屬幾年前補牙，但現在補牙處發現牙瘡，牙醫照x光說係發炎，已很嚴重，不能再補，建議脫牙，但由於正在打緊博力加針，脫牙恐會影響顎骨，故此暫時不能脫，請問要停藥多久才可以脫牙 (最近一針係今年4月打), 如果脫牙，應找那一專科牙醫比較安全 ?
