腸胃問題

病患者男 - 18歲

腸胃痛了持續兩星期 期間有兩次血便
空腹腹痛的感覺較強
吃完飯後腸胃痛的感覺得以舒緩
感覺肚臍對上的位置都好像都有頂著
請問是什麼問題?
