多囊卵巢腫脹

醫生你好，前排驗出多囊卵巢腫脹，個醫生話入面腫左，好多液體，呢排左邊下腹開始痛，今日再去睇婦科，個醫生話左邊大左，依家有5Cm，我問個醫生係咪嚴重，佢話唔嚴重，開左腸胃藥我食左先，佢叫下個月月經來再檢查多次，請問咁樣是否正常做法，定我需要轉其他婦科醫生？腫脹成5Cm需要手術嗎定係有其他治療方法？
