膝頭痛

病患者女 - 33歲

方醫生，我想問下，最近這個禮拜，我右腳膝頭，彎曲後再伸直會發出骨嘅磨擦聲音，仲會痛，上落樓梯時都有啲痛，就連夜晚瞓時，彎腳再伸直都痛，請問係咩原因？
