切割膽囊後經常肚痛

病患者男 - 43歲

2020年1月做了切割膽囊手術， 我以盡量少食油膩的食物， 但到現在8月尾也是經常肚痾， 五月中已做了大腸檢查 沒有問題， 請問會否以後都是這樣子， 有沒有其他解決方法？ 謝謝
