龜頭好冤痛同那住

首先感謝醫生上次回覆問題，我依家係龜頭尿口冤住痛仲有少少刺病，龜頭表面少紅而根部左位置成個紅左，但沒脹一尿完就尿口冤痛，好不舒服😭，令我精神壓力好大，而且肛門有一時時痛，大脾內側也有像刺痛，沒有尿頻同急，屙尿不洗用力，蛋蛋㩒過冇野，正常下墜，蛋袋下底看見有一條黑線，不知是什麼，求醫生話我知大概係咩病症？
