證實左腦出血

病患者男 - 59歲

家人兩星期前因腦出血中風，醫生證實左腦出血，現在九龍醫生接受康復治療，右邊身不能活動自如，間中有抽筋現象，醫生話進度一般。已照MRI, 證實left basal ganglia, measuring 82mm x 47 mm in transracial diameters and 60mm height. 請問是否需要做手術或不能。想問有沒有其他康復治療或藥物可加快康復進度，謝謝🙏
