手麻很嚴重

病患者女 - 35歲

最近幾個月兩隻手麻痹得很嚴重，(手臂至手掌) 睡覺瞓得唔好。日常生活都有影響工作。有幾次睡醒，有隻手好像失去知覺，請問唔應該睇咩科？
