BB便便好水但有渣

我仔仔兩個半月大，近兩日大便都呈水狀 (索到入尿片嗰種稀度)，顏色黃黃綠綠，昨日兩次大便都係冇渣，今早一次都係水，但今次有渣。

有人話便便有渣就冇問題，咁其實需唔需要睇醫生呢?謝謝

補充其他資料:
BB主要食奶粉，人奶就隔幾日先食一次
BB冇發燒，精神同平時差唔多，冇異樣。
