幽門縲旋桿菌

我5年前因嚴重胃痛而驗出有幽門縲旋桿菌,但醫生說因此病菌普遍, 治好亦易再染, 故不處方抗生素. 這些年來間歇性有胃氣脹, 消化不良及輕微胃痛情況, 每次均吃普遍胃藥一兩次便可痊癒或不藥而癒. 想請問其實我應否服食抗生素清去病菌?
