左眼一年前檢查是近視，一年後檢查變遠視

一直左右眼是小近視、老花、散光(一直有配戴眼鏡的），但近月戴著約一年前配的眼鏡，發覺左眼有點模糊及好間中有眼戚一戚感覺，去配眼鏡的店鋪基本驗眼，說我原本左一年前近視，但現在變了遠視，現在左眼望得有點模糊，右眼剛清楚，會有什麼情況會發生這問題呢？我應應該如何處理？是否屬於急性問題呢？
