成人ADHD&ASD

病患者女 - 21歲

本人21(f)，已在公立醫院因抑鬱及焦慮求診約半年。會見CP時懷疑是ASD，完成AQ得分亦有41/50；但並沒有像ADOS等的測試。另外本人專注力一向弱，近日投入社會工作更加明顯並影響到工作效率。
請問成人能做評估獲得診斷嗎？大約又有甚麼程序？謝謝解答。
