焦慮症？

病患者女 - 24歲

自從11/2021有一次心跳很快透唔到氣嘅經歷，精神/身體狀態變到好差，不時會心跳快（不過100，ard 85-95)，以及失眠驚醒。然後最近經常有一種「我就快要死」的感覺… 想問一下，是心臟，還是精神出問題？之前有照心電圖是正常的，要進一步檢查嗎？

嗰種就嚟要死嘅感覺好恐怖…keep住精神上好攰個幾月…
