頸椎問題

您好，醫生。
今年2月我頸痛，聽朋友介紹去做針灸。
但做完針灸後，發現條頸上下郁，會發出Da或咔的聲音。有時左側頸，大約係風池穴，會酸痛。
已經一個月，都是這樣情況。
