是否需要通波仔？

病患者女 - 73歲

4月做了 CT Angiogram + Calcium Score
報告寫 Severe stenosis along LAD. Moderate stenosis along RCA. Mild stenosis along LCx
Calcium Score =275
是不是代表有一條血管嚴重塞咗？
現時暫冇不適，是否一定要做手術？
因為要等到9月才可以到公立覆診，若情況需要做通波仔手術，可能考慮到私家醫院做，避免排太耐
