幽門螺旋菌問題

病患者男 - 36歲

請問一問醫生，現時驗幽門螺旋菌好像有兩個方法？吹氣或抽胃組織，但如果使用以上兩個方法驗之前有食famotidine抑制胃酸藥，會不會變成不準確？
