空腹血糖不跌反什

病患者男 - 63歲

原本每吃天吃四粒 Metfomin 500mg + 四粒 Gliclazide 80mg + Pioglitazone 45mg, 一個月前将Gliclazide改為Jardiance 25mg，其它藥不變，之后胃口減少，吃小很多，水腫体重都下降，但每天早上空腹指數不跌反昇，平均8.2左右，請問应否繼續食Jardiance?
