急性盆腔炎服用抗生素期間分泌物帶血

病患者女 - 21歲

8號被醫生診斷為急性盆腔炎，並開始服用抗生素及止痛藥。9號晚開始出現帶血分泌物，外貌類似粉紅色的白帶。到10號經期開始至14號結束，隨即又再出現帶血分泌物至今。
請問服用抗生素期間仍然出現帶血分泌物是正常的嗎？
