ANA指數

病患者女 - 50歲

抽血檢查ANA指數為1：40，請問這是紅斑性狼蒼嗎？但目前沒什麼症狀,最近一個月開始口腔破洞及臉頰白色一整條的白色斑紋、現在後面牙齦也白色腫起來、請問我怎麼辦
