吸入漂白水，擔心氣管肺部受傷

病患者男 - 53歲

前天因驅蟲使用沒有稀釋漂白水潑洒在廚房⻆落，因用量較多，當時聞到刺鼻氣味，即時流鼻涕，咳嗽，喉嚨不適，馬上飲水牛奶沒有改善，第二天沒流鼻涕，變成失控式流鼻水，咳嗽，打噴嚏，現在第三天沒流鼻水，咳嗽，打噴嚏也少了。

擔心氣管肺部受傷，特別一些表面察覺不到的永久損傷，想知有什麼治療檢查需要做？
