便便改變

病患者男 - 2 months

BB 2個月大，現在全奶粉
之前一日2-3次大便，金黃色稀便，帶有白色微粒
但上星期開始試過兩天才一次大便，大便變成暗綠色
但過了兩天大便變回金黃色稀便，但次數變為一日4-6次，這樣有需要轉奶粉/看醫生嗎？
