咳嗽、氣促

病患者女 - 59歲

幾年前開始有喉嚨癢引起咳嗽，另有背痛，曾照 X-Ray 正常，除以上問題，近兩三年因有氣促入院檢查亦找不到原因，這幾個月又開始有不能入睡，個人緊張僵硬，呼吸不順，醫生請幫忙建議我要如何處理。
