尿後空痛

病患者男 - 36歲

葉醫生你好 呢2日排尿後會間唔中感覺有點空痛 好似涼涼地感覺
1年前中過微小尿原體同糞腸球菌,之後食過藥後 再驗無事好返
直到現在都無 不安全性行為
請問我這情況是復發嗎 謝謝
