全身關節響同不適

病患者男 - 32歲

半年之前一同中過淋病，衣原體連同covid ，就開始手掌腳掌刺痛，打左針同食抗生素，出私家診所驗晒，尿檢有糞腸球菌同肺炎黴菌，但身體情況都一直有持續，近呢3個月關節經常唔舒服同響，手母指屈曲就痛，同感覺淡，個人成日疲倦，我應該睇性病定係骨科，有建議治療方法嗎，謝謝醫生
