大腸有多處有粒瘜肉

病患者男 - 58歲

本人最近照腸鏡，竟發現三處有多粒瘜肉約0.1cm,醫生說多是良性，要開刀清除或可用微創清除嗎？風險有多大？這事令本人非常苦惱，望能為本人解困憂，萬分感激！
