左邊後腦有種麻痹感，似被緊繃拉扯

病患者男 - 25歲

初期身體有症狀時，是身體會有意無意間打冷震
然後左邊「後尾枕」會有種強烈麻痹感覺
到現在，後腦麻痹感覺持續發生，似被人用手鍊住

最大可能會是甚麼病？我應該求助甚麼醫生？
