左後背腰/腎痛

病患者男 - 26歲

突然左後腰近腎位置酸痛，伴隨心痛加快到130左右
尿偏深啡色、即時於醫院檢查X光及尿液
醫生話無血尿同照唔到有腎石叫我如果痛既位置有移動再睇、比咗d止痛藥我但比埋減胃酸藥我
好奇一下有無咩關聯？同埋我依個情況排除腎石後係咩？係咪唔嚴重？🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
