自體免疫性腦炎

請問我先生在5⃣️月患有這病至今已有半年多，現在還在醫院，還需高度照顧，個人壯態呆呆滯滯，全身冇力，𣎴能行走，不可自食，用胃管食奶，大小便都𣎴能，插尿喉。請問醫生這是復康過程，還是需要再做什麼吗？🙏
