激光脫髮治療是否有用?

醫生你好，本人現年40，大約在5-6年前開始脫髮，現在頭頂的前中後位置頭髮已變得稀薄，不想用服食藥物的方法醫治，好像有很多副作用。坊間有種叫軟激光治療請問是否有用？謝謝。
