早洩及反應短暫問題

我20歲男
以前有頻密既自瀆習慣
對上幾日同女友性交個陣
佢幫我吹起左之後..
冇幾耐我就好多冇哂反應(入唔到)
之後再吹..
起左之後入..
幾下就射左..
我知道一定關之前既自瀆有關..
仲有呢方面係搵中醫好定西醫好呢?
