尾龍骨劇痛

大約一個月前，我的尾龍骨近屁股位每逢一坐下就開始感動輕微痛楚，起初都沒太上心，但慢慢痛楚開始加劇，之後搽了一些藥劑師開給我的藥膏，但沒有明顯的改善，直到最近，患處開始嚴重，連踎下都開始感到嚴重痛楚，連坐都成了問題，有時還會有突如其來的痛楚令我站不起來。想請教各醫師/醫生我為什麼會有這樣痛楚？還有如果我再不求醫後果會是怎樣？
