牙肉生痱滋近兩個星期

醫生您好，我上排其中一隻犬齒上方的牙肉生了粒痱滋(詳見下列圖片網址)，近兩星期前，我發現了這痱滋，同時有一粒在下唇，但下唇那粒早就痊癒，唯獨這粒未有太大變化，期間有一段時間，不太痛，令我以為已經痊癒。這幾天，再次痛起上來，洗臉弄到也痛。

請問醫生，我應該接受甚麼治療?謝謝!
