關於糖尿病

本人阿爸60幾歲,有糖尿病有吸煙習慣,呢排成日冇胃口,咳得好辛苦,有 d 作嘔,但冇嘔出嚟,成日話好累,身形幾肥,有大肚腩,個肚好似有咗咁,最近幾有發冷出現,請問係咩事 ???? 嚴唔嚴重呢 ????
