頭暈

頭暈已經三天了，常覺得疲累，集中唔到精神，時常會睡覺，睡醒起身一 剎 那會精神，但不到十分鐘就會又頭暈，今次是第三次了，上次頭暈是半年前的事，第一次最嚴重，每日睡足20小時，我有鼻敏感。應該睇那專科
